Lemonade Communities was created from a simple truth: freedom, independence, and dignity don’t work without a stable place to live.
Too many adults—returning citizens, veterans, and seniors—are fully capable of independent living but locked out of housing by fixed incomes, outdated policies, or one chapter of their past.

Lemonade Communities transforms existing homes into intentionally shared living environments that are affordable, stable, and grounded in personal responsibility. We don’t provide treatment, therapy, or case management—we provide housing done differently.

We offer fully furnished shared homes with private and shared rooms, utilities included, and a housing-first approach. We serve seniors, veterans, people living with HIV, returning citizens, youth aging out of foster care, and adults transitioning from hospitals or unstable housing situations.

We are not a medical, clinical, or treatment facility.

Our mission is to make stable housing accessible, dignified, and realistic.
